Shipping & Order Policies

Please read this page carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING TIMES

Orders take 2-7 business days for fulfillment before shipping (typically 2-4 days). This is the time needed to produce your item and depends on blank inventory availability. Shipping time is separate and begins after fulfillment is complete.

Important: Expedited shipping options (like overnight) only affect transit time after your order ships. Your order still requires 2-7 days for production first.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Need to update your order or shipping address? Email us immediately. We can modify orders that haven't entered production and update addresses before shipment. Once an item has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Ordering the wrong item/design

  • Any reason related to customer preference

Please double-check your size, color, and design selection before completing your purchase. We recommend reviewing our size charts carefully.

WHAT WE DO COVER

While rare, if we make an error (shipping you a different size or item than what you ordered, or if there's a production defect), we'll make it right. Production defects include:

  • Ink bleeding or smudging

  • Loose threads on embroidery

  • Misaligned graphics

  • Printing errors

If you receive an item with a production error or receive the wrong item from what you ordered, email us within 7 days with:

  • 2-3 close-up photos of the issue

  • 1 wide-angle photo showing the entire product

DELIVERY & SHIPPING ISSUES

All orders include tracking, which will be emailed when your order ships. Orders marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier are considered successfully delivered. We cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Packages stolen after delivery

  • Lost packages after carrier confirms delivery

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier (weather, carrier issues, high volume periods, etc.)

  • Any other shipping-related delays or issues

Please only ship to secure locations where you can safely receive packages.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees vary by location and are beyond our control. UK orders in particular often incur customs charges. We cannot refund or cover these fees.

If you're unsure about potential customs fees for your country, email us before ordering and we'll try to provide guidance, though we cannot guarantee accuracy.

CANADA POST SERVICE DISRUPTIONS

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) transitioned from a national strike to rotating regional strikes as of October 11, 2025. Service disruptions and delays may occur in affected areas as Canada Post works through backlogs. Delivery times may be longer than normal.

We cannot provide refunds for orders delayed due to Canada Post strikes or service disruptions. For current updates, visit the Canada Post website.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If an order is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs will be charged to the customer. If we don't receive a response within one week, unclaimed items may be donated. No refunds will be issued.
